We've stayed at Southwold Rock many times over the last ten or so years and were very glad to be back there again. The flat was as clean, comfortable and spacious as ever, and Pete and Clare are great hosts. Highly recommended.

Why does time here seem to go so fast? Probably because we've all had another great time in this lovely flat. The weather took its time to improve but this 2nd week it's been fantastic. We're going home with sad faces but with another load of very happy memories. We love it here, thank you for having us.....again!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in Southwold Rock last weekend. We thought the flat was great. The living room and kitchen are so bright and spacious and the big windows are perfect for sitting and watching the world go by below! We particularly liked how central we were and very much enjoyed the shortbread and daily newspaper too. Thank you Clare for a great stay!

Just back from a wonderful week at Southwold Rock - both sunburn, wind burn and Adnams did the trick! We love staying at Southwold Rock- why would you want to go..... well, it's warm, great position on the High Street, lovely double bedroom, free standing deep bath and a light, airy eating area. We keep coming back year after year and frankly, we are fussy - so just get yourselves booked in!

Recently back from our eighth (we think - losing count...) stay at Southwold Rock and it's still our favourite place to go. The flat is brilliantly located right in the heart of town, clean, comfortable and quiet too. The daily newspaper is a real treat. Clare and Pete couldn't be more welcoming. We'd gladly recommend Southwold Rock to anyone.
