Bookings are from Friday at 3pm to the following Friday at 10am. Please do not arrive any earlier than 3pm as the property will not be ready for your occupation.

We accept last minute bookings, and the flat is also available for short breaks. Short breaks are charged at 75% of the weekly price and are usually from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights). Any additional nights are charged at one seventh of the weekly price. Please phone first to check for availability.

The property is insured with Public Liability Insurance.

It is advisable to arrange your own personal travel insurance for your holiday. Refunds only available for cancelled bookings if the property is re-booked.

No pets please.

Please note this is a first floor flat and not suitable for people with limited mobility

Linen and towels are provided although we ask that you do not take towels onto the beach. Dishcloths, tea towels, dishwasher tablets etc. are also provided.

No smoking is allowed in the property.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. However, if you book within two months of your arrival date, the full amount is payable at that time.
