Southwold Rock has a private entrance accessed by a small outdoor area. Just inside the front door is a small storage space for coats and shoes at the bottom of the stairs.
 

The double bedroom is a bright room and thanks to the large sash window offers a glimpse of the harbour. Along the corridor is a small second bedroom with bunk beds and the bathroom with roll top bath, handbasin and WC. A couple of steps lead up to the large living room with 2 sofas which links to a separate well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs to seat 6.

Bunkbeds, large built in cupboard with hanging space and shelves.

Roll top bath, WC, handbasin, heated towel rail, cupboard with combination boiler and washing machine. Please note there is no shower cubicle, only a hand held shower attachment over the bath.

Table and chairs for enjoying late afternoon, early evening sun. Storage for buckets and spades
